By accessing or using Drive Japan Pro (“the Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Service.
2. Description of Service & Disclaimer
Drive Japan Pro provides users with practice questions, flashcards, and educational materials designed to assist in preparing for the Japanese driver’s license examination. While the Service is designed to be a comprehensive learning tool, the content is intended for informational and educational purposes only. Drive Japan Pro does not guarantee a passing score on any official examination or any other certification outcome.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach related to your account.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality available through the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software — are the exclusive property of Drive Japan Pro and its licensors, and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any part of the Service without prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drive Japan Pro and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Service.
6. Advertisements
The Service may include advertisements, which may be targeted based on your use of the Service or other information. In consideration for Drive Japan Pro granting you access to and use of the Service, you agree that Drive Japan Pro and its third-party providers may place such advertising. We do not endorse any products or services advertised.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Japan.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Account Deletion
You have the right to delete your account at any time through the designated ‘Delete Account’ option in your user settings. Once you confirm the deletion, this action is irreversible. All your data, including personal information, learning progress, and test results, will be permanently erased from our systems. We are not responsible for any loss of data or other consequences that may arise from account deletion.
10. Payments and In-App Purchases
We offer a 'Remove Ads' feature as a one-time In-App Purchase. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law. If you reinstall the app or change devices, you can use the 'Restore Purchases' feature to reactivate your ad-free status.
11. Disclaimer of Accuracy and Liability
100% accuracy of our materials, practice questions, and answers is not guaranteed. Drive Japan Pro and its developers are not liable for any accidents, damages, or legal consequences caused by reading or using these materials. Users are advised to cross-reference with official laws and regulations.
